Custom Firearms Production & Inventory Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Production & Inventory Specialist to join our team, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties

  • Get hands-on with every step of crafting fine commemorative firearms, from raw materials to finished masterpiece.
  • Disassemble, polish, paint, laser, etch, engrave, electroplate, finish and inspect stunning, collectible works of art.
  • Ensure every detail meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision, and excellence.
  • Be part of a team that brings history, artistry, and innovation together in a way that exists nowhere else.
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with care and precision.
  • Use computer systems to track and verify inventory, including barcode scanning and serial number verification.
  • Help prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring each piece meets our high standards.
  • Load and unload trucks, manage stock.
  • Follow all safety and regulatory procedures to maintain the integrity of our operation.

Experience

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Experience? Not required. We’ll train you if you have the right attitude and attention to detail.
  • A sharp eye. You’ll be working with high-value inventory—accuracy matters.
  • Basic computer skills. Inventory tracking and barcode scanning are part of the job.
  • Strength and endurance. You’ll need to lift and carry heavy items occasionally.
  • Bonus points if… You have forklift or skid steer experience and are passionate about firearms, fine craftsmanship, and the hunting and shooting industry.
